How we work
At Redevo, we take a project from concept to implementation and delivery and manage its commercial, financial, permitting and technical aspects on behalf of our clients, with an owner perspective.
We may also take assignments of a specific scope and objectives for a particular part in the project life cycle.
As a real estate asset lifecycle may be grouped in four main stages, our services are catered to address the specific
requirements of each such phase: acquisition, development, operating and divestment.
During the ACQUISITION (and PRE-DEVELOPMENT) phase
